Authentic artisan sourdough bread baked in the southern ‘burbs of Adelaide. Birthed out of the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020, I decided to apply myself to mastering all natural bread baking. Having been in the bakery industry in earlier life, and maintaining a love for bread baking, this new challenge took on it’s own life and a tiny “business” was born. Now I enjoy baking and delivering a range of wholesome and delicious lovely loaves to my local area.

Being a home baker doesn't reduce my commitment to quality, it enhances it. My customers are my neighbours and friends and they deserve as good as it gets.
100% natural ingredients
Only natural wild yeast and premium locally grown (where possible) ingredients go into my bread. Good bread is healthy bread, not a lab experiment.
Total customer satisfaction
My bread is what you would expect from a premium bakery or it's free. No questions asked. Naturally made bread can be fickle but that's my problem, not yours.
